bookish & in the clouds

A blanket, a comfy seat, and a crinkling fireplace. Someone's watching TV... but I'm in the clouds with a book in my hand. For the longest books have been my way to escape reality, until I met my favorite non-fiction: The Bible. Surprisingly, it didn't take me away from this earth, but rather opened my eyes to the invisible. I learned to hear God, walk the path of life, and cope with any trials that came my way.

Though a bookworm at night, in the day-time I'm a registered nurse in the operating room. Similar to how I help prepare my patients and assist physicians as they do surgery, I too see the vision of Our Dear Father as just that. Ultimately, the Great Physician desires access to our hearts. I hope to assist God in that, having already placed myself on the surgery table as well.
